Navigator and Technology Evaluation Centers (TEC) is pleased to annouce that Navigator has completed the TEC Acceditation program for SAP Business ByDesign. This process requires that Navigator provides critical details on its offerings and to name several clients to respond to TEC's client satisfaction survey. The client satisfaction survey focuses on rating both the quality of the services provided as well as the overall performance of the service provider project team based on a real-life software implementation project.
